Understanding Jura Beige limestone

The Jura Beige is a beige limestone extracted in Germany that has seen an incredible growth in demand in the past several years, going from an unkown limestone mostly used on the German market to a reference beige limestone recognized worldwide. It is today a beige limestone that is used on a great range of interior and exterior applications.

The Jura Beige is known for several attributes, including a substantial durability, beige consistency and an increased versatility. But what differentiates this limestone from Germany is its unique and non-uniform appearance, which is composed by strong natural elements, mostly fossils. There are four main variation of this limestone available, the most important being Jura Beige Dark and Jura Beige Light, where the Jura Beige vein-cut presents a more marginal offer and the Jura Cocktail as the more commercial selection of this limestone. We introduce you to all of these four variations on this video.
